Absinthe Is Finally Legal in the US

The absinthe prohibition is finally over. You are probably wondering whether absinthe is legal in the US and where I got this information from. Well it is all over the news.For over 95 years absinthe was a big no dice to the US, but starting in November 2007 game is back on. There was a lot of fake “absinte” out there, but now you can buy real czech absinthe.
The reason it was illegal was because of the craze that happened around it in the 19th century. Artists said it gave them creative power. Others claimed it made them hallucinate. Before you know it France is drinking more absinthe than wine. In the 1920s all alcohol was banned in the US, and unfortunately Absinthe remained so till recently.
